I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is great, in a lovely area of Marrakech, but the service left something to be desired with some unfriendly interactions. The dining offered some traditional Moroccan food but lacked variety. The rooms were decent, but the beds were small. The facilities were satisfactory, but the price could be better.

The service was lacking, as some staff members complained openly in front of guests, and the reception desk was not very welcoming. The location was convenient, in a lovely area of Marrakech, but had its drawbacks being just outside the busy main square. The dining options offered some traditional Moroccan food, but the serving sizes were small.
